After logging into the xbitu app, click the main menu at the top.
Select "Get Support" or **"Customer Support"** from the menu.
Click the “Submit a Ticket” option at the bottom of the Customer Support page.
**Select “KYC Verification Issue”** in the inquiry type and enter the details related to the reason for rejection.
If additional requirements apply, upload any requested supplementary or revised documentation.
After submission, please wait for review and response from our Customer Support Team.
