How do I manage my notifications?
This document will guide you through the process of managing your notification settings within the app, ensuring you stay informed about important activities related to your cryptocurrency wallet, transactions, and other updates.
- Open the Xbitu mobile app and tap the My Profile icon in the top left corner.
- Tap the Notification menu.
3. Push Notifications
Push notifications allow you to receive real-time updates directly on your mobile device, helping you stay up to date with your wallet activity and important announcements. You can toggle these notifications ON or OFF based on your preferences.
a. Transactions
• This setting controls notifications related to your cryptocurrency wallet and card transactions.
• When enabled: You will receive alerts for every wallet or card transaction, helping you monitor any account activity instantly.
• When disabled: No transaction alerts will be sent to your mobile device.
To enable or disable, simply toggle the switch next to “Transactions.”
b. Announcements
• This setting allows you to receive updates regarding new features, promotions, or other relevant news about the Xbitu.
• When enabled: You will be notified of important announcements or app updates that could affect your account or provide new opportunities.
• When disabled: You will no longer receive these announcement alerts.
Use the toggle next to “Announcements” to customize your preference.
4. Email Notifications
If you prefer receiving notifications via email, you can enable this option.
a. Enable Email Notifications
• This feature sends transaction alerts and important updates directly to the email address associated with your Xbitu account.
Toggle the switch next to “Enable email notifications” to start or stop receiving email alerts.
5. Customizing Your Notifications
The notification settings are designed to give you full control over how you receive alerts and updates. Here are some tips:
• You can enable both Push and Email notifications simultaneously to ensure you never miss an important update.
• If you’re worried about excessive notifications, you can disable the settings that aren’t relevant to you, such as Announcements.
By customizing your notifications, you can ensure you stay connected with your Xbitu account while avoiding unnecessary distractions.
