Q1. How do I activate my card?

1. Apply for the card via Xbitu Wallet and wait for the card to be delivered to you by mail.
2. Once you receive the card, locate the 16-digit Card Kit number included with the card.
3. Use the Xbitu Wallet app to navigate to the card menu and begin the activation process.

Q2. What information do I need to activate the card?

To activate the card, you will need the 16-digit Card Kit number. This number can be found on the back of the card or in the accompanying documentation. The number is one-time use only.

The Card Kit number is located on the back of the card and in the informational material included with your card package.

Q4. How do I activate the card in the app?

1. Open the Xbitu Wallet app.
2. Go to the Card menu.
3. Select the Activate option.
4. Enter the 16-digit Card Kit number.   

Q5. How will I know if the card is activated?

Once activation is complete, a confirmation message will appear in the app, and your card will be ready for use.
