How to reset your password

If you've forgotten your Xbitu password or need to reset it for security reasons, follow these simple steps to regain access to your account:

Step 1: Open the Xbitu App or Website

  1. Launch the Xbitu app on your smartphone, or go to the Xbitu website on your browser.
  2. On the login screen, click on the "Forgot Password?" link.

Step 2: Enter Your Registered Email Address

  1. You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Xbitu account.
  2. After entering your email, click on the "Submit" or "Send Reset Link" button.

Step 3: Check Your Email

  1. A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address.
  2. Open the email and click on the password reset link provided. If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.

Step 4: Create a New Password

  1. After clicking the link, you'll be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.
  2. Enter your new password, making sure it is strong and secure (use a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters).
  3. Confirm the new password by entering it again in the confirmation field, then click "Submit" or "Reset Password".

Step 5: Log in with Your New Password

  1. Once your password is successfully reset, go back to the Xbitu login page.
  2. Use your email and the new password to log in to your Xbitu account.

Step 6: Re-enable Two-Factor Authentication (Optional)

If you had Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled before the password reset, you may need to re-enter your 6-digit code from your authenticator app to complete the login process. If 2FA is not yet enabled, we recommend setting it up for additional security.
