I sent funds to the wrong address, is there a way to get them back?

Due to the decentralized nature of cryptocurrency, it’s essential to be extremely cautious during the transaction creation process. Using the wrong network or sending funds to an incorrect wallet address may result in the loss of funds. Therefore, we strongly advise paying close attention when conducting crypto transactions. If you’ve used an unsupported coin or network, follow these recommendations:

Withdrawal from Xbitu to an external wallet using the incorrect network:

Once a transaction has been executed (confirmed) on the blockchain, Xbitu cannot reverse or alter the result. If this occurs, you’ll need to reach out to the owner of the destination wallet.

Deposit from an external wallet to your Xbitu wallet:

If you have sent an unsupported coin or used an incorrect network to transfer assets to your Xbitu wallet, please gather the following information:

  • Transaction Hash (TxHash/TxID)
  • The transfer currency
  • The network used (ERC20, BSC, etc.) or a link to the blockchain explorer with transaction details
  • Your Xbitu Account ID or registered email address

Send this information in a single email to support@xbitu.io. Our team will review the transaction and assess whether the recovery is possible.

Please note:

  • We will only review requests for transactions valued over $100 in cryptocurrency.
  • A service fee of 10%, but not less than $100, will apply for recovery attempts. The final fee will be determined during the review process, and the evaluation will be final.
  • The review and recovery process can take from several weeks to several months. Once a resolution is reached, we will contact you directly. There is no need to follow up on the status during this period.
