My card hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

Since the card is sent via international postal service, delivery may take some time depending on the region and postal service situation. International shipping can usually take several weeks, and additional time may be required due to customs clearance procedures or local delivery delays in certain countries.

If you have not received your card even after the expected delivery period, please prepare your member information (name, registered address, order details, etc.) and contact xbitu customer service.
Our customer service center will check the delivery status and, if necessary, provide reshipment procedures or alternative solutions.

Additionally, please double-check that your membership information is correct and check the delivery status with your local postal service.
If you need further assistance, xbitu customer support team will be happy to assist you promptly and courteously.
