How to Transfer Crypto to Your Xbitu Account

Transferring crypto into your Xbitu account is a simple process that ensures you can manage your crypto assets easily. Please follow the steps below to deposit your chosen crypto into your Xbitu wallet.

Step 1: Open the Xbitu App

• Launch the Xbitu app on your device and log in to your account.
• Make sure to complete the Identity Verification process if you have not done so already.

Step 2: Access Your Wallet

• On the dashboard, To begin the transfer, click “Deposit Now” to access the deposit section.
• If you already have cryptocurrency in an external wallet, click on Deposit Crypto under the I have crypto assets section. This option will allow you to transfer digital assets from your external wallet to your Xbitu account.
  

Step 3: Select the Crypto

• You will be prompted to select the type of crypto you wish to deposit. Choose from the available options such as BTC (Bitcoin), ETH (Ethereum), USDT (Tether), BNB, and others.
• For example, to deposit USDT, click on USDT from the list.

Step 4: Select the Appropriate Network

• Depending on the crypto you select, you will need to choose the appropriate network. For example:
• USDT can be deposited via Ethereum (ERC20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), Polygon (MATIC), or Tron (TRC20).
• BTC deposits will be made via the Bitcoin network.
• Select the network that is compatible with the platform from which you’re transferring your crypto. Be sure to double-check the network to avoid any errors.

Step 5: Copy the Deposit Address

• After selecting the network, a deposit address will be generated for your account. Copy this address and paste it into the withdrawal form of your sending wallet or swap.
• Important: For USDT (ERC20), make sure to only send USDT from ERC20 networks. Any coins sent from unsupported networks will be lost.
• Alternatively, you can scan the QR code to automatically input the address into your wallet.

Step 6: Check for Memo Requirement

• Some cryptos, like XRP, require both a wallet address and a Memo for the transaction.
• Make sure to include both the address and the memo when making your transfer.
• Click “OK” to confirm you have included the memo.
• The address and memo will be displayed on the screen. Copy them and use them when withdrawing from your sending wallet.

Step 7: Confirm the Transaction on Your Wallet

• Once you’ve input the correct wallet address (and memo if required) into your sending wallet, confirm the transaction.
• Ensure the details, including the address and network, are correct to avoid any lost funds.

Step 8: Deposit Processing and Confirmation

• After initiating the transfer, you will see a notification in the Xbitu app stating that your deposit is processing.
• Once the transfer is complete, a confirmation message will appear, showing the amount of crypto successfully deposited to your Xbitu wallet.
• You will also receive a Xbitu Confirmation ID to track the transaction, if necessary.

Notes:

• Ensure that you are only sending crypto over supported networks to avoid loss.
• If any issues occur during the transfer process, you can contact Xbitu support by using the Send Email option in the notification screen.
