What is the minimum amount of crypto I can deposit?
While most cryptocurrencies supported on the Xbitu platform have no minimum top-up limits, some tokens require specific conditions to be met for the transfer to appear in your account balance. Additionally, minimum transfer thresholds are set to help prevent dusting attacks on certain blockchain networks.
Transfers below the listed minimum amounts will not be visible in the ‘Transactions’ tab and will not reflect in your account balance.
XRP: Besides the minimum top-up limit of 0.0005 XRP on Xbitu platform, Ripple requires a minimum reserve of 10 XRP in your third-party wallet. If you transfer your entire XRP wallet balance to your Xbitu account, it may trigger an ‘Account Delete’ transaction, which is not supported on our platform. For help with such situations, please contact our Customer Support team.
DOT: The Polkadot blockchain requires a minimum of 1 DOT token to keep an account active, known as the ‘Existential Deposit’. Any transfers below this threshold will fail and won’t appear in your Xbitu account. To avoid any issues, ensure that you send at least 1 DOT per transaction to your Xbitu DOT address.
Important: The minimum balance requirements for withdrawing XRP or XLM (10 XRP and 1 XLM, respectively) do not apply to your Xbitu account. Our platform uses a shared XRP/XLM address with a unique Destination Tag/MEMO for each user.
