Proof of address document requirements

The address proof document you submit must meet the following requirements:

First Name, Last Name, and Address Match: The first name, last name, and address on your submitted documents must exactly match the information on file with your account.
Within 90 days of issue date: To be valid, documents must have been issued within the past 90 days.
Clear information display: All information contained in a document must be clearly legible.
Examples of acceptable proof of address documents:

Utility bills (electricity, water, gas, etc.)
Bank statement
Tax Notice
Official document issued by a government agency
Address verification will be completed upon submission of documents that meet the above requirements.
