I keep getting rejected from Sumsub.

If your KYC verification continues to be rejected by Sumsub, please check the following:

Accuracy of submitted documents:
All information, including English name, address, and photo, must be accurate and clearly readable.
Make sure your documents (e.g. passport, driver's license, proof of address, etc.) are current and meet the requirements.


Document resolution and quality:

The resolution of the document photo must be sufficiently high and all information must be clearly visible.
Be careful not to create any reflections or shadows on your documents.

Additional requests from Sumsub:

If Sumsub requests additional documents or information, please resubmit documents that meet all requirements.
